MedPax Integration with Xymogen Wholescripts

Seamlessly script Xymogen MedPax through your GetHealthy store account.

Recommend MedPax through your admin and any full size products from your GetHealthy store in one single cart.

Simply complete our Xymogen integration process, and you can recommend MedPax without ever leaving your admin.

If you're ready to get started, all you need to do is connect your Xymogen account to your store.

How Does it Work

  1. First, connect your existing Xymogen account to your store by filling out our Xymogen form here. *You must have an existing Xymogen account to set this up.
  2. Our team will start the integration process
  3. Once the integration process is complete, you will be able to see the ability to add Xymogen MedPax in your admin. 

4. As you can see, you have the ability to go into the MedPax interface, choose your MedPax dosages and recommendations, and then return to your regular recommendation with any other product from your GetHealthy store. Easy!

Make Your First Recommendation

 

1. Access the Dispensary Section
    - Go to your admin dashboard.
    - Navigate to the "Dispensary" section.

2. Create a New Pill Pack
    - Click on either "Recommendations" or "Pillpacks."
    - If you choose "Pillpacks," you can build a pill pack from scratch, which will later be available in the Recommendations builder.
    - Click on "Create New Pill Pack."

3. Search and Add Products
    - Search for the products you want to add to the pill pack.
    - You can search by name or sort by categories.
    - For example, search for "Active Nutrients," then "Adrenal," and "Berberine."
    - Ensure you have a **minimum of three products** to be able to save the pill pack.

4. **Name the Pill Pack**
    - Provide a name for the pill pack. This could be a particular person's name if it's a personalized pack, or a more general name like "Daily Protocol" for regular recommendations.

5. **Add Description (Optional)**
    - You have the option to provide a description for the pill pack. This is useful if it’s a general pack that is recommended for daily use.
    - Specify whether you want to make it public. Public means it will appear in your store for anyone to shop. If you uncheck the box, it will only be available for your recommendations in the admin panel.

6. **Save the Pill Pack**
    - After filling in the necessary details, click "Apply."
    - Then, click "Save." Your new pill pack will now appear in the list.

7. **Make a Recommendation**
    - Go back to the Dispensary section.
    - Navigate to the Recommendations tab.
    - Click "Add Pill Pack."
    - Find the pill pack you created by searching for its name.
    - Click "Apply" to add it to your recommendation.

8. **Personalize the Recommendation**
    - Give the pill pack a specific name for the individual you’re recommending it to.
    - Add a personalized note for the individual (e.g., "Vanessa, please take this daily with food").
    - Save the custom recommendation.

9. **Send the Recommendation**
    - Select the patient for this recommendation. You will need to find the person's name in your list (e.g., Vanessa).
    - Send the recommendation through your preferred method (email, in-app notification, etc.).

### Notes:
- It’s important to ensure all necessary details are filled out correctly for the recommendation to be effective and tailored to the individual's needs.
- Make sure you have a minimum of three products in a pill pack to be able to save it.

Finances with MedPax

There are a couple of things to keep in mind about transactions and payouts with your MedPax integration.

1. You will be paid on MedPax purchases just like any other item in your store that is considered outside of our network, and this will go directly into your bank account as normal.

2. The order information will then be passed through to Xymogen automatically who will either charge your credit card or bill your Net 30.

Q: Do I have to have a Xymogen account to use MedPax at GetHealthy?
A: Yes, you must have a Xymogen account first.

Q: Can I use MedPax for other branded products?
A: No, MedPax within GetHealthy only apply to Xymogen products. However, you can recommend MedPax in a cart with any other product from your GetHealthy store.

Q: What if I had a Xymogen account set up and integrated with GetHealthy before this launch of MedPax? Do I need to fill out a new form?
A: MedPax capability is already in your store! Take a look in your admin and search for "MedPax" in the search bar.
