How Does it Work

  1. First, connect your existing Xymogen account to your store by filling out our Xymogen form here. *You must have an existing Xymogen account to set this up.
  2. Our team will start the integration process
  3. Once the integration process is complete, you will be able to see the ability to add Xymogen MedPax in your admin. 

4. As you can see, you have the ability to go into the MedPax interface, choose your MedPax dosages and recommendations, and then return to your regular recommendation with any other product from your GetHealthy store. Easy!

Finances with MedPax

There are a couple of things to keep in mind about transactions and payouts with your MedPax integration.

1. You will be paid on MedPax purchases just like any other item in your store that is considered outside of our network, and this will go directly into your bank account as normal.

Out of Network products like MedPax indicate that you will be receiving 98% of revenue, minus the merchant fee of 3% as well as any discounts applied, when applicable.

2. The order information will then be passed through to Xymogen automatically who will either charge your credit card or bill your Net 30.

Q: Do I have to have a Xymogen account to use MedPax at GetHealthy?
A: Yes, you must have a Xymogen account first.

Q: Can I use MedPax for other branded products?
A: No, MedPax within GetHealthy only apply to Xymogen products. However, you can recommend MedPax in a cart with any other product from your GetHealthy store.

Q: What if I had a Xymogen account set up and integrated with GetHealthy before this launch of MedPax? Do I need to fill out a new form?
A: MedPax capability is already in your store! Take a look in your admin and search for "MedPax" in the search bar.
