What kinds of emails get automatically sent to my patients?

We include automated emails branded to your online store and optimized for eCommerce communications so you don't have to.

There are several emails that we send on your behalf, branded to you, that come from your store.

These emails are pre-populated and pre-branded to your practice, including your logo and colors, so that you don't have to lift a finger when it comes to getting repeat purchases and building income.

Abandoned Cart Emails

Have you ever shopped online, added something to your cart, and then left the item in the cart without purchasing it? 

Then you get an email from that company not too long after reminding you that you left something behind.

This is what's called an "Abandoned Cart Email" in marketing.  Klaviyo reveals that businesses using cart recovery emails earn back 3% to 14% of lost sales, with an average revenue per recipient of $5.81. While not a lot individually, multiply that number and it adds up!

Your store is equipped with two automated Abandoned Cart Emails - one sent 30 minutes after the cart is abandoned, and one sent a week later.

Refill Reminders

As a practitioner, it's vital that your clients continue their health journey with you as consistently as possible.

That's why every time someone orders from your store, they receive a refill reminder 21 days later. This serves a few purposes:

  • Your store becomes top of mind again, training your clients to shop with you and not Amazon
  • Your patients and clients are reminded to stay on track
  • You receive repeat purchases

Subscription Renewal Reminders

When your client does create a subscription for a particular product in your store, the date they purchase the item(s) is the day the order renews for future months. They can choose a 30 day, 60 day, or 90 day subscription cycle.

To ensure that your clients have the chance to adjust, change or cancel their subscription, they are reminded 7 days before their subscription renewal date via a Subscription Renewal Reminder email.

Confirmation Emails

Every time your clients purchase from you, they receive an order confirmation email. 

Recommendation Emails

When you create a recommendation from your Admin Dashboard using the Dispensary tool, your clients receive an email from you with their recommendation and access to sign in and check out.

Team Member Addition Emails

Every time you create a new team member who has access to your Admin Dashboard, they will receive an email to set up their own password.
