How To Use Tags To Organize Your GetHealthy Dashboard

Create labels to organize clients, orders, recommendations, and products, then find what you need more easily.

Tags are labels you create to group information in your GetHealthy dashboard. Here’s how to use them:

  1. Add a client tag. Open a client’s record and find the Tags field. Type a label, such as “VIP,” and add it. Once you’ve created the tag, you can select it on another client’s record too.
  2. Find clients with that tag. Return to your client list and filter by “VIP.” You’ll see the clients assigned to that group. If a tag no longer applies, open the client’s record and remove it.
  3. Organize orders and recommendations. Open an order or recommendation and use its Tags field to add a label. These areas have their own tag lists, so a client tag will not automatically appear on an order or recommendation.
  4. Add a product tag. Open a product in your catalog, go to Tags and Keywords, and add a label in the Product Tags field. This helps you organize products within your dashboard. Clients cannot use these tags to search your Store.
