Return Policy, Shipping Policy and Order Cancelation Policy

Return Policy

We accept returns on most unopened products postmarked within 30 days from the date the order was shipped. Items must be unopened with all seals intact. We are unable to accept returns on refrigerated products. Some brands may not accept returns at all, including Biotics Research, ProLon and Xymogen.

Please note that some manufacturers may impose a restocking fee for processing returns and this fee will be deducted from your refund amount (Nutritional Frontiers). 

We do not accept product returns for exchange.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Please note: if you do not receive a Return Authorization Number and/or return a product to the wrong address, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.


Shipping Policy

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several business days. Please allow additional days for transit time. In the case of significant delay in processing your order, our support team will contact you via email or phone.


We reserve the right to choose the carrier and ship method based on the most economical options.


We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.


We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.


With the rare exception of select Private Label products, we do not ship outside of the U.S.


You will be emailed a Shipping Confirmation once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking code to be active.


We are not liable for any products damaged or lost while in transit. If you received a damaged product, please contact the carrier to file a claim.


Cancellation Policy

We are unable to cancel orders after they are placed. Eligible items may be returned for refund after they are received.


Recurring subscriptions may be canceled by logging into your account and managing your subscriptions via your customer dashboard.
