Self-Fulfillment: How to Sell Your Own Products Through Your GetHealthy Store

Add Your Own Products to Your Store and Fulfill Orders Directly

Self-Fulfillment allows practitioners to offer products in their online store that are not currently in the GetHealthy catalog. This feature gives you the flexibility to sell products you already carry, private-label items, or specialty products while continuing to use your GetHealthy store as the purchasing experience for your clients.

Instead of GetHealthy shipping the product, you manage inventory, shipping, and fulfillment directly.

 

What Is Self-Fulfillment?

Self-Fulfillment is the ability to onboard a product into your store that you will fulfill yourself.

This is commonly used for:

  • Private-label supplements

  • Practitioner-exclusive products

  • Physical products not currently in the GetHealthy catalog

  • In-office products you want clients to purchase online

Once the product is approved and built, it appears in your store just like any other product.

The difference is that you handle fulfillment after the order is placed.

 

How It Works

The Self-Fulfillment process is simple and designed to ensure your product is correctly displayed in your store.

  1. Submit a SKU Build Request
    You provide the product information through the SKU Build Form so our team can create a Product Detail Page (PDP) for your store.

  2. We Build the Product Page
    Our team will create the product page using the information you submitted. This page includes the product name, description, pricing, and details needed for checkout.

  3. The Product Is Added to Your Store
    Once the SKU is built, the product becomes available in your store for clients to purchase.
  4. You Fulfill the Order
    When a client places an order, you receive the order details and handle shipping directly to the client.

 

How to Get Started

1. Submit a SKU Build Form

Once your product details are finalized and the product is ready, submit the official SKU Build Request Form.

We use the information you submit to build the product page in your store.

  • Each SKU build typically takes 2–3 business days

  • Submit the form before your inventory arrives to avoid delays

⚠️ If a SKU build request is not received before the product arrives, the inventory may be returned.

2. Set Up Shipping or Fulfillment Fees

Because you are fulfilling the product yourself, you are responsible for shipping costs.

You will need to select a Shipping or Fulfillment Fee for our team to add to the product.

This fee will be charged to the client at checkout to cover shipping or handling costs.

 

Fulfill Orders

Once your product is live in your store and an order is placed:

You are responsible for:

  • Packaging and shipping the order

  • Managing inventory

  • Handling customer service questions related to the order

  • Providing support for shipping or delivery issues

GetHealthy processes the purchase through your store, but all fulfillment operations are handled by you.
