What is "Search Keywords" in my admin/back office and how does it work?

Allow your customers to search by what you want.

Keywords are key (no pun intended) to helping your clients, patients, and customers find and navigate products in your store. We help your customers by including search criteria that make it easier to find and navigate items in your store.

However, with our keyword functionality feature, you are able to create your own search criteria.

For instance, if you are searching a condition in your store, and you do not see the products that you would like popping up in the search results, then you can use your "Search Keywords" feature. 

Here's how it works.

  1. Visit your admin and sign in
  2. Navigate to the Products tab and click the My Store tab
  3. Find the product for which you'd like to create a keyword
  4. Search for the gear on the bottom right hand side, and you'll see a fly-out menu with a section labeled "Search Keywords"
  5. Enter the keywords you want your customers to be able to use. Make sure that...
    1. Words have no spaces or special characters
    2. You use a comma to separate the words (remember, no spaces!)
  6. Allow one business day to pass before you see this active in your store
