# International Shipping Overview

Our international shipping model enables your brand to reach global customers without requiring your team to build or manage international fulfillment, customs processing, or import compliance infrastructure.

You must be either on the Innovator package with private label products or a product brand partner to take advantage of international shipping.

**Flat-Rate International Shipping**

One international shipping option is available at checkout for a flat rate of **$30 USD**.

The flat-rate model covers:

- International carrier coordination
- Export and import documentation processing
- Duties and applicable import fees
- Delivery to the end customer with **no additional charges upon receipt**

This approach protects your brand experience by eliminating surprise fees and reducing delivery refusals and support inquiries.

 

### **Transit Time**

Average international delivery is **6–10 business days** for most destinations.
