How Recommendation Reminders Work
When a practitioner sends a digital product recommendation from their Script or Store dispensary, the recipient receives a series of automatic reminders if they have not yet acted on it. These nudges help keep the recommendation top of mind and improve follow-through, without the practitioner needing to chase manually.
Reminder schedule
Reminders are sent on the following cadence, counted from the date the recommendation was made:
- Day 3: First reminder
- Day 4: Second reminder
- Day 7: Third reminder
- Day 14: Final reminder
After the Day 14 reminder, no further reminders are sent for that recommendation.
Good to know
- Reminders stop automatically once the recipient acts on the recommendation, so they will not receive redundant messages.
- Each reminder links directly back to the original recommendation for a one-click return.
- The reminder series applies per recommendation, so a recipient with multiple recommendations may receive reminders for each.
