How does my patient or client reorder a recommendation?

After you have sent a cart to your patient, they can reorder items anytime via their client dashboard

When your patient or client wants to reorder an item you have previously recommended, they simply need to access their client dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions for Your Clients or Patients

  1. Visit your practitioner's store.
  2. Login to your account.
  3. Find the "My Recommendations" tab.
  4. Click "View Details" for the recommendation you want to reorder.
  5. Click "Add All to Cart" to add every item, or click "Add to Cart" to add individual items from the recommendation.
  6. Keep shopping or checkout.
