With your store, your clients can easily leave product reviews to further reinforce your brand, the products you offer, and build trust.
The process is easy.
How it Works
1. Your clients find the product that they want to review in your store.
TIP: Offer your clients a special discount for providing a review about a protocol or product
2. Scroll to the bottom of the product detail page to find Customer Reviews and click "Write A Review"
NOTE: Your clients will need to login or sign up in your store to leave their review.
3. They can select their preferred star rating, nickname, summary of the review, write in their review and then submit it for approval.
4. Here's where you come in! To approve the review and post it live in your store, you will need to visit your admin dashboard, go to Marketing and Reviews, and find the "Pending" reviews that need approval from you.
5. Simply select the approval status from the dropdown menu, and click "Update Review" when done. The review will now show on that product page.
