User Management

There are a few things to know when setting up new users in your store

In your admin, you'll see the option to add team members so that they have access to managing your store from the admin dashboard.

Admin User Roles

Practice Executive

Access to everything, including financial data, ability to adjust your product catalog, and edit your billing.

Practice Staff

Limited access to functionality. Primary access is for making recommendations, no financial data is shared.

Practice Doctor

Limited access to functionality. Primary access is for making recommendations, no financial data is shared. This is ideal if you want to differentiate staff from doctors in your practice.

 

How to set up a new admin user

Navigate to your Profile name and click "Practice Staff"

Click "Add New" to add a new admin user

Input the user's first name, last name, and email address and select the role you want them to have.

When you click "Send Invite," and email will be sent for them to claim their account with a password.

 

Practitioner / Location Setup

Assigning a practitioner and/or a location in your store simply attributes sales from certain clients to that practitioner and/or location and does NOT give them access to your admin dashboard.

This is primarily for financial purposes, for practices who have multiple locations and/or practitioners under their umbrella practice business.

If you want to give your practitioners access to make changes in your store, please review the instructions above.

Practitioner and location setup does NOT give your practice doctors access to your admin dashboard, and is primarily for financial attribution.
