How do I change my admin portal password?

Here's a quick tutorial on how to change the password for your admin account.

Here are some instructions on how to change the password associated with your admin account. 

• Visit the admin portal: https://master.gethealthy.store/admin

• Click the "Forgot your password?" link

• Input the email address associated with your account and click "Retrieve Password"

• If there is an email address on record then you will receive a password reset email in your inbox

• Click through on the link in the email and set a new password

• Once you update the password you will be taken back to the sign in page where you'll be able to input your email address and new password in order to access the admin portal

Common pitfalls:

• If no email comes through after clicking "Retrieve Password" please check your spam filter or look for an email from support@gethealthy.store in your inbox
• If still no email is in your inbox, please double check the email address you input into the "Retrieve Password" box - this may not be the email address associated with your account. If that is the case, please contact support@gethealthy.store to get a new email address added to your account
