We know eCommerce can seem like an entirely new world. We're here to make it easy - starting with terms!
- Storefront (a.k.a., frontend store) - An industry specific online store where your patients and clients can shop your favorite healthy brands.
- Product Detail Page - A page for each product included your Product Catalog
- Program Detail Page - A landing page built inside of your store that outlines a specific program or offering.
- Category Page - Every product gets assigned a Category (e.g., Supplements, Equipment, etc.). We determine this categorization for your products.
- Cart Page - The page where your clients see all of the products they have added to their cart, increase the quantity of, remove, or adjust their order.
- Checkout Page - The page where your clients fill in their shipping and payment information, and purchase their order.
- AI Up-sell Blocks - With the power of AI, the previous shopping patterns of your clients will produce a pre-populated block of products for future shoppers to entice them to increase their order value. Below are the options we offer.

- Frequently Bought Together - At the bottom of every Product Detail Page are products that pre-populate in a carousel based on which products have been bought together in your store previously
- People Also Bought - At the bottom of the Cart Page, your clients will see products previously purchased that pre-populate based on what's in the cart currently.
- People Also Viewed - At the bottom of your Category Pages, products will pre-populate in a carousel based on which products have been previously viewed along with the current list displayed.
- Digital eBook - A product type available for you to add to your store that, once purchased, will trigger a digital product (like an eBook) via email to your client.
- Marketing Homepage - The homepage to your Storefront that elevates the shopping experience, and can be edited to fit your brand.
- Callout - Refers to smaller sections at the top or bottom of your Marketing Homepage layout used for evergreen content that is less likely to change frequently (e.g., a message that says "Free Shipping over $99", a link to your blog or email list).
- Slider (a.k.a., banner) - Refers to the large middle section of your Marketing Homepage which slides or rotates content. Used for dynamic content (content you will be changing more often, like sales and promotional information).
- Product Carousel - Refers to a set of products of your choosing that sit in a rotating carousel at the bottom of your Marketing Homepage. Use the Product Carousel to highlight specific products (e.g., maybe products you frequently recommend).
- Admin Dashboard (a.k.a., Clinical Admin or Backend) - Practitioner tool for using the Storefront, scripting and more.
- Overview - This includes an at-a-glance view of activity, including your top-selling products and top-spending patients.
- Dispensary - Where you can create recommendations for your patients and clients, or you or your staff can checkout for them.
- Orders - Manage current orders, see live order data, and export detailed reports for accounting purposes.
- Patients - Manage your list of patients and clients.
- Reports - View at-a-glance metrics from your store, like total number of sales, cart activity, and more.
- Inventory - If you have private labels with us, keep track of your inventory levels in real time.
- Products (a.k.a., Self-Curation) - Add or remove products from your product catalog.
- Buy Now Links - Drop your patients and clients anywhere in the shopping experience using a Buy Now Link. Land them on a Product Detail Page, a Category Page, or directly on the Cart or Checkout Page.
- Custom URL - Refers to the ability to customize the store link that you send to your clients and patients so it matches your brand and your brand only.
- Bundle - Refers to a bundle of products, services or offers (e.g., protocols or a program) in your store.
- Fixed Bundle - A set of products, services or offers that cannot be individually purchased by the client.
- Flex Bundle - A set of products, services or offers that can be individually purchased by the client.
- Threshold notification - Refers to an email that is sent to your practice when inventory levels dwindle, reminding you to place an order and send it our way!
- GetHealthy Brand Network - Refers to any brands that we have a reseller relationship with which is available for you to sell in your store virtually (we fulfill).
- In Clinic Fulfillment - Products or services that you either physically house, manage, or order that are not in our GetHealthy Brand Network (you fulfill).
- Email Notifications - Refers to any emails that are sent automatically through your store to your patients.
- Order Confirmation email - An email that triggers from a purchase and confirms the client's order was placed.
- Shipping Confirmation email - An email that triggers when your client's order has shipped. They will receive this per item.
- Subscription Reminder email - An email that triggers automatically 7 days before a client's subscription renewal date with a link to adjust their subscription in their client profile, if needed.
- In Clinic Fulfillment email - An email that is automatically triggered and sent to your practice when a client orders one of your In Clinic Fulfillment products or services.
- Digital eBook email - An email that is sent to your clients automatically when a client purchases a Digital eBook product.
- Refill Reminder email - There will be a Refill Reminder email triggered 21 days after each purchase in your store reminding the client to reorder.
