Digital Product Downloads enable your clients to purchase and download digital products.
What are Digital Product Downloads?
Digital Product Downloads are any products that are not physical and require a download after purchase (e.g., eBooks).
Getting Started with Digital Product Downloads
1. Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
2. Click on George chat bot, enter your email address, and select "Build a SKU"
3. Click on "fill out this form" and a new tab or window will open with the SKU Build Intake Form.
4. Enter in your basic details like first name, last name and email and then start entering the Digital Product information. You will see required fields indicated by asterisks. Please fill out all required fields.
5. Be sure to select "Digital Product Download" when asked what kind of SKU will the product be. Please upload the file you want to use for the download when prompted.
Digital Product Downloads allow one file only per SKU.
Once the form is submitted the SKU Build Intake Form, your Digital Product Download will be created and curated to your store.
You will receive an email once this is complete.
How Your Clients Find their Digital Product Download
1. After your client purchases the Digital Product Download, they will receive an email with the download link. They can click on this link to access their eBook.
2. If your client wants to access the eBook at any time after the purchase, they can do so by signing in to your store, clicking their name, and clicking "My eBooks."
3. They can click "Read" to download the eBook.
