      What is a bundle and how do I set one up?

      Bundles are a great way to lead your clients to frequently used protocols or products, and they will be able to add multiple products in one click.

      What is a bundle?

      Bundles are a group of products that will appear both in your admin dashboard for recommendation, and on the front of your store to shop.

      There are a few reasons why you might want to implement these.

      • Easy scripting - bundling products makes it easier for you to recommend frequently used protocols to your patients in your admin dashboard via your scripting tool
      • Cross-sales - when clients are shopping your store, they see your bundles too
      • Fixed programs - get more revenue out of each purchase by bundling items together that cannot be separated

      Types of Bundles

      There are currently two different options when it comes to bundling products.

      1. FLEX BUNDLES = Bundled products that have items inside which CAN be removed
        1. EX: Dr. B is recommending products as part of a protocol in her admin dashboard, and doesn't mind if her clients remove products.
      2. FIXED BUNDLES = Bundled products that have items inside which CANNOT be removed
        1. EX: Dr. K runs a sale on a parasite program with a diagnostic test, a protocol of supplements, and water filter. His clients only get a discount when they add his Fixed Bundle to the cart.

      How to create a bundle

      1. Fill out our bundle form here to get started.
      2. You'll need a few pieces of information:
        1. Bundle name
        2. Product brand name(s)
        3. Product name(s)
        4. Description(s) for your bundles
        5. Image(s) for your bundles
      3. Submit the form, and we will create your bundles within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation once they are finished via email. Plus, check out your bundle bar on your store too!

      You can access the form anytime via your admin dashboard chatbot, George, on the bottom right hand side of the page.

       

      Where to find your bundles

      1. In your store on the "Bundle Bar." Bundle bars appear at the bottom of your marketing homepage, and at the top of each category page.

      2. In the scripting tool in your admin dashboard if you click the "Bundles" tab.

        Bundle Customizations

        You can customize the following (see the form for details):

        • Name
        • Products
        • Descriptions
        • Video
        • Images

        Bundle Color(s)

        We automatically do a color match so that your bundles look like your brand. However, if you'd like to change the color chosen, you can change your bundle colors by giving us the HEX code below.

        Q: Can I create bundles myself through my admin?

        A: Currently bundles are created using the form, and are not self-serve.

         

        Q: What if I want to change a bundle that's been built?
