Branding Update Request: Refresh Your Store Identity

Submit your branding updates in one place - from your store name and logo, to colors and URL - and our team will implement the changes for you.

Keeping your store branding current helps reinforce your professional identity, improve patient trust, and create a cohesive experience across your practice.

Our Branding Update Request Form allows you to submit updates to your store’s visual identity and naming. Whether you need a simple logo swap or a full branding refresh, our team will handle the implementation for you.

You are not required to complete every field — submit only the updates you would like to make.

Once submitted, our team will complete the updates and follow up with you directly when the changes are finished.

 

What You Can Update

  • Store Name - Has your practice name been updated? Update your store to match.

  • Store URL - Maybe you're looking for a cleaner, more branded URL. 

  • Logo - Have a new logo? 

  • Site Colors - Maybe you finally settled on that perfect color palette for your practice brand.

  • Bundle Bar Colors - Customize the colors that appear on your bundle bar.


Store Name

Update the name displayed to patients.

You may provide:

  • Current Store Name

  • New Store Name



Store URL

Request a cleaner or more branded store link.

You may provide:

  • Current Store URL

  • New Desired URL

Note: If your URL changes, remember to update any links you’ve shared with patients.

 

Logo Update

Upload a new logo to reflect your current branding.

Recommended guidelines:

  • PNG format preferred

  • Crop out extra white padding for best clarity

  • Use a high-resolution image



Site Color Preferences

Align your store with your brand colors.

You may include:

  • Primary color(s)

  • Hex codes (example: #0C9BAC)



Bundle Bar Color

Customize the bundle bar to better match your brand aesthetic.
